Terms

Last updated 27 September 2026

These terms cover the setup and care plans offered by ZRPlus Studio ("we"). Soloblog itself is free software under the MIT licence; these terms don't change that.

What we do

  • Setup: we set up Soloblog in your own hosting account as described on the plans page.
  • Care: each month we update your blog, check your backups, watch your site, send you a short report and fix problems you tell us about, as described on the plans page.

What stays yours

  • Your hosting account is yours, in your name, and you pay the hosting company directly. We're not your host.
  • Your content is yours, and you're responsible for what you publish. Don't use Soloblog or our help for anything illegal. If we're told your site breaks the law, we'll let you know, and we may end our service.
  • Your access: you can remove our access to your account at any time.

Payment

Plans are paid by card through Stripe. Care renews each month until you cancel; cancel any time, and you're not charged again.

Refunds

  • Setup: a full refund if you cancel before we start, or if we can't get your blog running.
  • Care: no refund for a month that's already started.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our responsibility

We take care with your blog and your account, and we only do the work you asked for. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have prevented, such as outages at your hosting company, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms, and we'll tell customers by email before a change affects them.
