This policy covers this website and the setup and care plans, run by ZRPlus Studio in Australia. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.

This website

• No tracking. No analytics or advertising cookies. We count page views, and which sites send readers here, without cookies and without storing who you are.
• Spam protection: when you send a message, we briefly remember your internet address to stop floods of spam, then forget it.
• Messages you send us through the contact form: your name, email and message, kept so we can reply and for our records.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email address, only to send you news about Soloblog. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

If you buy a plan

• Payment is handled by our payment provider, who acts as the seller and handles tax. We never see your card number.
• Your hosting account: you invite us as a team member so we can set up and look after your blog. We only use that access to do the work you asked for, and you can remove it any time.
• Your blog's content stays in your own account. We don't copy it anywhere else, except briefly on our own computer to test that your backups restore - and we delete that copy straight after.
• Your readers' details (comments, subscribers) stay on your blog. We don't collect or use them.

Sharing

We don't sell or share your details, except with our payment provider and where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you - send us a message. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
